Antonia, Cyprus:
the opportunity to be an exchange student was exciting, and Greece was an interesting country to visit. My host family were lovely and made me feel very welcome! Our tour of Tripoli was fun. We were split into two groups and set out to exploit the city center including the war museum where I saw the original burial mask of Theodore Kolokotronis, the most significant military and political personality of the independence war. Our trip to Ancient Olympia was interesting but was especially fun when we took part in replay races on the actual ground where the first Olympic games took place. The last part of our trip was in Athens. We went to the Akropolis Museum it was interesting to see the architecture and the Caryatids in person which we have learnt about in our history at school. And then we walked to the Parthenon. From the Parthenon I could see an amazing view of Athens. At the Parthenon I saw the olive tree from the myth which proclaimed Athena the victor of the conflict between her and Poseidon for the control of Athens. Besides the historical part of our trip I also enjoyed experiencing local cultures such as visiting cafés, taverns and all interesting places around Tripoli.
In Greece, we had the opportunity to taste the Greek healthy food and learn about their superfoods and their healthy habits.
And in Athens I enjoyed walking through Plaka but mostly I enjoyed the light show on the old Palace in the Syntagma Square.
Adamos, Cyprus:

Andria, Cyprus:
A few days ago I went on a trip to Tripoli with my Erasmus+ team and it was one of the most wonderful experiences I have ever lived.
We had the opportunity to learn Greek people's eating habits and meet good people from Europe and be friends.
On the first day of our trip, we arrived in Tripoli and each one of us had met the family who was going to be accommodated each other. After that, the family and I, set off on a trip to the magical caves of Kapsia. There, I was amazed by the beauty and the timelessness of the cave. Later that day, the Greek students and my group went out for dinner and a walk to the square of Tripoli. I was impressed by the fact that the square was indulgently vibrant at eleven o'clock, even though the next day was a school day.
On the second day, we went to the town hall, where we met and greeted the mayor. Then we split up to two teams and each team had to visit a different museum. I was in the team that visited the archaeological museum of Tripoli. There we saw astonishing sculptures among many other exciting things. After our little tour, we all went to the town's library and each country presented its superfoods. In the evening, the Greek students who accommodated us, my group and I, went to the square once again, to have dinner and then played games.
On the third day, we went to ancient Olympia and I personally, was fascinated and honored to be in such sacred place; at the same time, I felt so proud that I am a Greek. We saw the Temple of Hera and Zeus, the Hera's Altar which is the place where the lighting of the Olympic Flame takes place, the Stadium and other mind-blowing sites. In the evening, the mayor invited us for dinner at a traditional and lovely tavern where we enjoyed delicious food.
On the fourth day of our trip, we went to the secondary school of the Greek students which is the Third Gymnasium of Tripoli, and we did different kinds of activities at the school's gym. At half past seven, in the evening, the mayor lit the Christmas tree in the city square and it was remarkable.
On the fifth day, we unfortunately had to say goodbye to the parents. All the students departured from Tripoli and we arrived at Athens. There, we visited the Acropolis museum and the breathtaking Parthenon. We later went to the Metro mall to have lunch and after that, the things started to get sad as we had to say goodbye to our Greek friends. In the evening we arrived at our hotel, settled our things and went to Technopolis.
On the sixth and final day of our tremendous trip we explored Monastiraki and Ermou and at night we gazed at the illumination on the Sintagma square. The next day we departured from Athens airport for Larnaca. We arrived Cyprus at noon.
All in all, I had incredible and majestic experiences. The hospitality that the family showed me was astounding and the people themselves were just delightful. I would, without a single doubt, suggest to anyone to join Erasmus+ because it has to offer spectacular experiences and it is an opportunity that maybe I will, probably, never have again. In addition, I have met a lot of charming people whom I have become friends.

The second day we went to the mayor of the city, then we played treasure hunt and that led us to the war museum. After that we went to the library and we hang out. The third day we went to the ancient Olympia, we saw the museum and then we went to the race section and we race each other. The fourth day we went to school to learn some things about the healthy diet and in the evening we went to Piteros to eat. The last day we went to Athens to see Acropolis and then we went to the Mall. I loved these days and I hope to host again another kid

Hello, my name is Cristos and I am 12 years old. This year I hosted a kid from Romania, called Stan Paul. He was very kind, but he wasn't talking so much. We visited so many places together, and surprisingly, I hadn't visited some of them. For example, we also played sports! We also visited Acropolis, which happened to be the place he wanted to visit in his life. But, my favorite place was the Museum of Acropolis where many things from the Acropolis are there for safety. The thing that impressed me the most in the Museum, was that 5 out of all 6 Kariatides were in there. Paul stayed in Tripolis for 5 days and we did fun things together. But the day we had to say goodbye to each other, we both were depressed. In my opinion, the Erasmus Program, was the best experience I've ever had in my life. I can't wait to visit Romania!

My name is Panos and I am thirteen years old. I hosted Darius from Romania .He was the same age as me. He was very kind, but initially seemed to be a bit unfriendly, because he didn't speak a lot. Later I understood he was shy, but we did a lot of things together, such as speaking and playing sports. We visited some places, where I went for the first time. For example, Ancient Olympia was a unique experience for both me and Darius. We also visited the famous local caves, located in a village called Kapsia. There were a lot of things to see that were very interesting and made us an impression. He stayed here for 5 days. During the 3rd day, our school had organized a farewell dinner for all students that were hosted in our town. We all learnt new information, mainly about the ancient history of Greece, but we also spent time playing video games, basketball, football and talking to each other about our favourite hobbies. The time we had to say goodbye was difficult but I will meet again next year in Romania!
My name is John or Giannis and I am thirteen years old. I hosted Joanna from Portugal. She was very kind with me and my whole family .
